I have a set of wheels that I want to put on my teg, but the center hole is too small. How do I bore it out style?

 

you probally need a lathe to do it right but are there center caps that would cover up the use of a dremel?

 

holesaw and light oil, a half round bastard, or a deburring bit for a die grinder (MUST keep oiled very well in order to prevent loading up)

only do this if you can get the tire balanced on the bolts (not the center hole)

hole saw on 2 inches of alumnium? Seriously now? The best way to do it would be to take it to a machine shop and have them use a flycutter on it.

 

on a side note, i have a flycutter

 

I just used my die grinder with a carbide on it, only took lie a min per rim

 

are you going to be able to run hubcentric rings?

 

with and end mill or a lathe

 

i thought honda centers where smaller than vw's?
