Re: Homemade A/C, requesting thinkers.
I can probably get you some RHD A/C parts if you want them? A friend breaks cars for some extra money once in a while. I'll ask him for a price on a complete RHD A/C system if you want?
You can just use compressed gas, but the volume of gas required would be ungodly. Could you not run an electric air con compressor? And get a bigass alternator to run it?

Re: Homemade A/C, requesting thinkers.
Go to how stuffworks.com and look at how an a/c system works.
It will make this much easier for you.
You should be able to find all the stock stuff on ebay that will
be the easiest way or maybe some form of a modified stock system
for engine bay room.

Re: Homemade A/C, requesting thinkers.
Get a medium sized cooler. Remove the thermostatic expansion valve from the evaporater ("Intercooler"). Add two hose fittings in the bottom of the cooler and use some heater hose to attach these two fittings to the inlet and outlet on the evaporater. Use a windshield wiper fluid pump to circulate Ice cold water through the evaporater. I should charge money for that ----.
