Its steped from 1.75" to 1.88" so that acts like an anti reversion.

the collector size was taking in cosideration when it was made for the size of the engine and cam profile. So no it does not create too much backpressure. The whole idea behind the megaphone and reverse cone is to prevent overscavenging at cams overlap at low rpms.

burns......doesnt get much better than that...we just used a burns collector on a nasty turbo kit for my friends audi

they do have some verry nice stuff.

here are some new pics of the progress. I been sick so I didn't get a chance to do much.

im going to try to dyno one of my firends car this weekend. if the weather lets off a bit. its been snowing like crazy.

Did you already dyno with this header or a diff one? Theirs a 200whp stock block GSR graph in your HT thead but wasnt sure if it was the same header
