well the new header is ready for testing. I got it done the other day and I like the way it turned out.

here are some pics:

This is the new design that I made the other day.

Its p/s compatible, but NOT a/c and will NOT work with full size radiator. But is sure looks cool and it should make good power.

Again its a 4-1 but the ground cleareance is verry good. Its just about 1/4" lower than the oil pan.

Dang, I bet you have some serious man hrs into it. Looks pretty sweet, the only problem is I dont see a t4 flange on it

I assume this is for a customer car? You guys should try it out on Chris's sweet ride and see what it does compared to his header.

I have two days of work into it. One day of cut and tack and the other welding it up.

Its actually for my wife's civic with a b18c1.

I wanted to try it on Chris's car, but at the moment its not working (time for rebuild after it got stolen and they ran 89 octane in it for who know's how long

that one is a Burn's Stainless collector, that I used to mock up this header. the collector im going to use is going to have a slight 45* bend at the end and then a 2.5" pipe under the oil pan.

Damn...that is sexy. Ever consider making another one to sell? If it makes some decent gains I'd like to talk to you about perhaps making another one for my all-motor slowness ls/vtec, if you'd want to that is.
