I dont have a tig welder, I have a flux mig to mock it up, and I know a shop that do good welds for cheap to finish it.

Wow nice work! Your stock exhaust looks to be in pretty good condition also, mine is rusted up like hell.

Ha, no, thank you sir, I won't have another (for a while at least).

Now a little DP action... time meter for the exhaust / DP at about 30 hours now and still rolling

Schedule 40 short radius elbow (petrochemical plant thank you)

Attachment 26581

Little cutie HMT 5 bolt flange (While at the press drill, I made a second one, has I redo everything twice in this f**cking project)

Attachment 26582

All goes on this gorgeous manifold with a toilet positionned wastegate, fabbed a while ago (repost).

Attachment 26583

All of the above, cute and ugly at the same time.

Install pics sometimes, now I must take care of my wife before she starts to complain of me loving this steel to much.

Adios :8

I forgot, BTW brace ditched. ha ha >:D

Why cut some corners on that nice flange?, It fits as it is and, anyway, I'm almost out of grinder wheels...
