as far as the runners being to long a stock h22 has 8 inch runners they ones i have are 7 inch. the stock one curls back up this one is straght

Ive seen much better, and much worse ALU tig welds fail. Aslong as it holds together looks fine.

Did you pressure tested it for leaks? The runners look huge and I don't know about the angle of that TB.
Other than that, looks like it's too big—big throttle, big plenum, big runners. Suspect torque-killer, imo. |
