I weld the tips of the points together. I have always feared they would get so hot and crack off and go through the turbo.

looks good, but you need to bring everything tighter to the block. You manifold runners have too much space between each other. Do you have a picture of the manifold on a car/engine with a trubo installed?

they are not tight at all. you have about one inch between the runners, cuz you put in that spacer in the #2 & 3 runners.

stpeh i dont care how tight he 2nd runner is, the collector is tight to the block, and the turbo sits in there perfectly with a perfect angle for a downpipe.

Is it all stainless steel. I have an xs power mani on my laser and it has carbon flanges and stainless tubes. looks good except the pipes are really dark and not pretty any more.

And yours look fantastic what kind of welder, rod, gas, are you using?

Hey Josh, nice mani... I like the trick with the inside runners with the extra piece at the flange. Looks like it makes that angle much easier to line up.

Hey hows that salmonella poisioning treating ya?

dan im goood thanks. i like the spacer because the angle is much easier to line up.

also i bet it flows a bit better than the harsher 45 with some grindage/

I think they are a little bit to ------ out. and i think you should add a 3/4 inch spacer where they go up so the turbo sits higher off the ground. the returns and down pipe are terrible if you dont do that.
