Drive way exhausts are teh suck. I'm making small adjustable stands to hold the piping up, I've got two more exhausts this summer to help with.

haha pull that bitch up to a tree. wrap a chain around the front cross member and winch that bastard up with the limb or a redneck engine hoist!! hell if u pull it up far enough you wont even have to lay on the ground or are yall a bunch of city slickers and not have trees haha

I don't trust jacks 100%. I try to always use jack stands so the pressure isn't on the jack.
