take measurements of the sedan firewall and that of the hatch and find out if they can be swapped. or try using the schools resources and look it up.

sedan = longer, hatch front end won't line up right.

provided that you take measurements first, you could cut the sedan in half and weld the hatch front clip on there.

personally I would look into swapping the firewalls and then getting a jdm 4dr front end. one piece headlight ftw!
You've pretty much got it right here. Firewalls can be swapped around, but that's about it. Civic hatch/crx fenders have the same rear shape to them and will interswap only on other crx/hatch's. The only semi-close thing sedans and hatch's share are the filler lip...shape of the fender is different at the windshield point, even the hoods are supposed to be different (although I can't lay claim to knowing the hood issue first hand, all the rest of the stuff I know from experience).

I was just throwing the question out on a whim... I haven't done to much looking into it myself due to me not having money, or time to do much but work and school... I'm planning on just swapping out the sedan firewall with the hatch firewall... these should be similar enough for me to custom fit them together. Also another question on the RHD swap... do I need to find a front clip that has all the steering stuff on it? Or can the LHD steering rack be fab'd to make it work?

I have been trying to find one for the last month... the only luck I've had, is I've found a lot of them for the CRX and one or two for the EF9... I've asked and looked everywhere! Importers, H-T, here, and I haven't found anything...

I'd probably say it's cause sedan front clips wouldn't bring much buyers.
