Why so far to the Driver's side? Hope you dont want to run an air filter. Looks great though!

You've also got some clocking to do since you have it set up wrong. You have the oil inlet facing towards the radiator and the outlet facing towards the block, the top are for coolant. Unless you WANT to have oil spewing from the piston seals, I suggest you clock the center cartridge with the oil inlet at 12 o'clock and the oil return at 6 o'clock like it should be.

I agree; the quality of welds on that mani deserve a better turbo. .60 trim T3, minimum.

thanks guys,
yeah, i know i've gotta clock the turbo.. just havent gotten to that yet..
i've got a 93 integra RS i'm dropping this in.. the hatch is an all motor drag car..
one reason i'm using this turbo is i got it for cheap.. also for my driving style i think it'll do well.. its going on my daily driver.
i'm wanting full boost quick.. i rarely rev past 4k around town.. so something thats got good bottom end is what i'm looking for.. 230 whp max is what i'm wanting.. the IHI RHB52w should do just fine (yes, its from an 88 Tbird) .. in the future i may put a bigger turbo on.. but this is VERY "budget".... eventually i'd like a GT28RS turbo or whatever it is.. but way outta my budget.
i'm really not looking for huge power.. just something that will make it a bit more fun to drive and work well for my driving style around town.

i bought the parts from WeiRtech, you can get the flanges and other parts from him directly, or you can get the elbows and Tees from Mcmaster-carr..

i chose to mount the turbo there cuz of the limited room between the engine and full wide radiator, i think i'll still be able to retain my power steering with the way it is now.. i'll weld up an intake to run up to the grill with a filter.

yeah i'm making the DP flange and DP.. i'll post pics when i get that far done

i've got some SS mandrel bends i'll be using for it..
next weekend i hope to swap in the LS motor to my DA.. then i'll start getting measurements for the final charge and exhaust piping.
i've got a huge FMIC for it as well.. it was originally fitted on a 92 GSR so i know it'll fit on my teg .. (its 25x10.5x3 with 2.5" in/out)

Good luck on 230 whp, that's going to be borderline do-able, and dangerous to your engine.
