Why don't you chop down the windsheild too!! I got a Method that works WONDERS.
1: Roll Car to cliff
2: Push it off
3: Hope it land upside down to chop the windsheild down,
4: If it doesn't, Oh well, At leeast you car will look like it's no longer a waste of a nice coupe!!!!!

try the windshield and top of a 90s eclipse. Your gonna have to get the door glass custom cut I know a guy here in kentucky that can do it. good luck finding someone local to you.
My opinion on this is going to wait to see how good a job you do.The fact that you asked questions in here doesn't give me much hope. When attempting something like this you should really know what your doing before you start. A convertable civic would be cool if you do it right.

LOL and i was just gonna post up that was the ugliest civic i'd ever seen.. and i think thats nice compared to the other guys comments LOL
you might take a look at the 2nd gen RX7 convertable ragtop setups.. might actually fit.

damn i didnt realize how many haters there are in the world, especially on this website. You ask for help and this is what you get? nice character guys...those are old pics, the bars from the top are gone completely, currently we are considering just wrapping the cuts up with some foam and vinyl on the back end and give it the illusion that it has a top, but a top would still be nice to do. Yes, the taillights are gay, I know...but for 15$ why the hell not give it a shot eh?
Thank you to those of you who had something intellegent to say rather than kill yourself. And ---- a civic coupe, why does everyone want to be the same? Wow a turbo civic coupe with a buddy club body kit and motegi MR7s...yea thats custom....not. But no seriously if anyone has any clues continue to post.
