I had a gt3076r on a D and I just cut the IACV retrun hose and ran lines from that to the turbo. This ensured that there would be a constant flow of coolant through the turbo. Also I may have missed it but where are you returning the coolant to?

shouldn't you run the return lines to that adapter fitting you made. thats what tunertoys told me it is for

i say it holds. jb weld never fails on hmt kits if used properly, also, HF has a npt tap kit cheap, comes in handy for ---- like that.
