Why is it that I find Jewel sexy even with her snaggle tooth? Is it true if you pluck a grey hair you'll get more in place of it or if you pick your nose your head will cave in? Though one thing though. I'm more happy being unhappy and being grumpy. I don't take any antidepressents... I just like being unhappy for some reason. I guess it's more of a mental thing moreso then a physical issue.

Any advice for Seasonal Affect Disorder? I don't want meds, and the prices of some of the funky lighting systems are prohibitive.

Only UV bulbs I have are UVC. The last time I left one on it gave me the worst case of welder's flash in my life.

I strained my paraspinal muscles and they are inflamed and when they get swollen they push on my spine and it hurts...what should I do?

I'm wondering because I had chicken pox when I was 6 months old and when I was older I was told that the "discriminary nerves" were damaged by the chicken pox and thats why I have no hearing in my left ear... something about essentially burning the tiny hairs off of the nerves of the inner ear that send the signal to your brain?
