If someone was raped by hotrex while he wasn't having an outbreak. Could they still get herpies?

The two most common STDs are HPV and Herpies. If they are red lumps/cuts it could be herpies, lumps could be genital warts(HPV). With out looking it in person I couldnt tell you.

Yes you can, the risk is readuced but not gone. Make sure he uses protection
