Any one have collector patterns?

Any one have collector patterns?
I remember seeing before paper you could print off, wrap it around the pipe and cut it out to form a collector. Im making a simple 2-1 collector, and Im going use to use some cut off wheel action, since I dont have any saws, so that makes it a little more difficult to get things straight.
Well if not, oh welll. I just figured I could try and be lazy first before marking it all out myself. I guess a better question is, how do you mark them out with out have a striaght blade to cut it with? I experimented with some paper towel rolls, cut a triangle out of paper and traced it around. But there has to be some sort of curve on it in order to follower the curve of the pipe, and fit right.

not the greatest way ever but, fill up a tray with some paint and dip the tube in at the desired angle, pull out slowly and let dry, then you will have a perfect marking of where to cut.
then just flip the pipe 90 degrees and dip again. its a long process but does work very well.

This what you're thinking of?

or this one http://www.ozhpv.org.au/shed/tubemiter.htm
But I just realized I'm not thinking of the same thing you are.

Go to ace hardware and buy an angle finder. There like 5 bucks and you will use the ---- out of it so its a good investment. Anyways i'm assuming your making a splade collector (making it out of two pieces of straight tube) Now depending on the angle you want, Say you want 45 degrees between your tubes which means each tube will need to be marked 22.5 degrees. Take the angle finder and set it to half your final desired angle and set it on the side of your tube and mark the angle. Now when you make your cut you will only need to make one cut because you'll get to parts from one cut. Weld them together then cut the top off to your desired size. To mark your desired size take the tube that will be welded on to the none divided side of the collector and slide it as far onto the collector as it will go and mark and cut. I'm not exactly computer literate so idk how to post pics. I can text you pics if you want.
