i am trying to weld tubing together but the gas is not sheilding at all, all the welds look like ---- and the welder is just not welding like it used to... I need help very soon.......
this is not really a good picture, but the welds use to be amazing and now they look like ----....

 

have you taken apart the nozzle checked the line made sure its not pinched or plugged check the nozzle first i bet there is a piece of slag plugging up the nozzle were the gas exits

 

found the problem... it was one of the o-rings going to the gun...
