If the work is detailed and you can show labor (and your average price for it, you do military work right?) & materials put into it, I don't see why you don't sue their asses. Worst case you just a bit more to cover lawyer fees, best case you get it all AND that shop learns not to ---- people around. Honestly I'd have said if you only want to pay half, you're not getting ---- and you're towing your car out of here. That really sucks though.

What's the shop's name?

 

i've sent emails now 3 times without a response. if i don't hear back on monday i'll have to take steps towards alternative methods of getting a response. outstanding payment is $2000+.

www.purauto.com in their "builds" page, the "gr8 whyte" supra is the one i did all the work for. it isn't even a shop car, it is one of their customers. i was asked not to put my tags on the work.

 

Website isn't even complete and half of their pages are blank. Find out who's the customer of the supra and let them know.

Find the customer, and ask them how much they are paying for that fab work.

 

the customer knew i was doing the fab work. i wish i had dealt with them directly. the thing that pisses me off is that before i even started the work, the guy at the shop made it seem that they wanted me to do a lot of work for them on a variety of projects, including a second car identical to this one.
