Nice work Aaron... any reason why theyre going with internally gated snails??? I see the S covers... What size wheels those little sluts have in them??? 61 or 67???? Either way I know its enough for more than 1000

very nice.

looks just like a certain legend project i took on for someone that was impossible to please, didnt get the parts to me for over a year, sent way beyond 500 emails in that time (seriously) and wanted it all done for just about free. that car drove away with a box full of turbo parts in the trunk. ::)

I'm gonna guess, space conservation and piping simplicity...??? Doesn't look like there's room to get a hard-on in there.

Those strut-tower to core-support braces are gangster. :)

2jz are now in the sub-$400 price range for a good longblock. I paid significantly less for mine.

Love me some 1UZ though. Slap some rods in it and drive it forever at full boost bouncing off the limiter. :6

Honestly, ive never seen a broken Supra rear-end. Nor have I heard of one breaking due to power. Id say some dumbass has killed one that was leaking and ran it dry, but other than that, yeah. The only problems with old IR's like that are the fact that all the bushings are worn and you get wheel hop like a mofo. Fix the old ----, set up the rear correctly with the proper preload on it, and you will have zero issues.

ground clearance is pretty tight, but as long as the driver is careful, no issues should arise.
