Yeah! My new PLX wideband doesnt work!
I really liked my SM-AFR/DM-5 combo I had in my Civic so I bought one for my Jeep. I first wired it up and did the test with the O2 unhooked it read 14.7 like it should. Plugged in the O2 and it read RCH and never moved. Then I unhook the O2 and it reads RCH all the time. I called PLX and they just said send it back.

bummer
i just installed my m 300 for the first time, looks like it works like a charm in my honduh.
on a side note, where do you suggest hooking these suckers up at? I found a 12v switched source from i think what was the head unit and put the power to there, then ran the ground to the tstat housing. i've read that it needs to be hooked up to the battery for acurate readings...

The display reads accurately as long as the unit is fed 12 volts.
If you are logging via the ECU then you need to ground it to the ECU or else your display and datalogs don't agree - guess which one is wrong.

I called them again and talked to Mike. We went over the whole harness and he said just send it back. www.needfultoyz.com already sent it out. They are good people. They aren't even charging my card for the replacement and paid shipping both ways.
