well i guess this explains why my jdm obd2 d-series head was running crappy
or at least a start...
i understand the keyway is offset half a tooth...
i'll just keep rereading the important posts until it clicks

still have to read the pgmfi juice...the h-t was quality...

Hey J.Davis what octane was used when you tuned the car?

Thanks for the information. Hopefully here soon I will have some maps that will also agree with the information you have provided. Just need to get me some det cans and some dyno time

i'm not looking at a cam gear right now...
but if you think of it as a degree whell
360°=0° they are the SAME tooth...so if you counted degree marks you would see 359 marks
make sense...?

its like counting the molecules that make up your body
there's more space in between the matter than actually makes substance a realiity...
distance over time = blow my mind

mark a tooth, count it first or last, not both times.

Or in JD's case, forget the tooth entirely!!!!!!

Everyone with the IQ of an amoeba can infer a good basemap for Y8 now. Like AFRs, timing should be tuned.
