I just got a new e-manage for 270. ignition harness was 40.

is there any way for me to still pass smog with my turbo setup?

 

what kind of testing do you have to go through?

 

I ended up making mine pass, its been obd0 to 1 converted w/ a chipped p28, but thats a 91 civic, i dunno if you can run a p28 or similar in an accord. btw, you mentioned grinding the injector...no, you grind the seals out. One more thing, you DONT want to convert to obd2 like you mentioned, you cannot chip obd2. Youd want to go to obd1 (92-95), but you already got the emanage so it doesnt matter anymore.

 

Put a little atf on the inside of the injector o ring at the injectors will fit in the stock o ring. No dremel needed.
