you will be using ubertata for logging your sensor and then saving the logging to a file that you can import to Excel( or copy and paste). Excel just help a lot doing calculation, it has nothing to do with dataloging. You might also try to consider Freelog for dataloging.

bumblezc, if you could email the excel file to me that would be awesome. Is it generic, or does it depend on which wideband, controller, etc?
