Re:Where does everyone start?
So i'm kinda stumped, i hope i can get this sorted cos i'm busting to get to the dyno and get some figures. It cant be anything too difficult i wouldnt have thought because the PP5 isnt too much different from the PM6, just need a bit of spare time........

Yeah am from England, we dont have such stringent emissions control so we dont have O2 sensors on them, I've since found which pin it is so i'm going to put a direct feed of the voltage that it needs so it will read as being OK and not give the CEL, unless anyone has any better suggestions?

the TE2 base rom will run a car almost dangerously lean on 450cc injectors. You really need to tune it a little to avoid doing bad things. I think that's what he means, because I'm the one who fucked up the fueling settings in the first place.

Thanks for the info on the TE2 ROM, what size injectors are the fuel maps scaled for? are they lean even in the vacuum maps or is it just the boost side? As far as I am aware you cannot re-scale the maps by just putting the injector size into the editor as you could on TE1.29, I'm guessing I need quite a lot of fuel as it is a DOHC ZC. I know there are a lot of questions but the more I think I am learning the more questions I seem to think of, so, sorry and thanks

Re:Where does everyone start?
Couple things:
1. the TryXX series roms use the same size + shape tables for the NA region as a stock rom.
2. You could do far worse than to plagarize the NA JDM PM7 timing maps for the ZC.
3. The fuel maps in Dave's TryXX are intended for 450s and a B18B motor. The NA region runs 14-17 AFRs which sucks. Boost is much better... Xenocron posted a bunch of bins that are working better for him on PGMFI.
4. I wish TE2 had 2D mode, because the shape of the fuel curve at each MAP level should be almost the same between the stock PM7 and your recurved for XXXcc injector. The "spacing" between each line will be different due to the injector size difference, but the overall shape should be relatively similar. Look at some roms in Crome or UberData if you can't picture what I mean.
