Where can i get uberdata installed in washington???

i live in bremerton and im want to run uberdata my friend has the same turbo kit as me and he has a chip that i can burn. where can i get uberdata installed at. he brought his car the way it sits.

im confused....you need an ECU chipped? or are you trying to install a computer program (thats on your PC) to a car?

My guess would be to download it for free from one of the many sources on the net then install it, but i guess if you need help with that.......
