what ecu to run???

i have a 96 dx obd2 car with dsm 450s 255 walbro fuel pump and wanna run 10 psi and hopfully get 210 whp. now for my question. what ecu would best fit my needs?? i plan on running crome.

if you've got a y7, a p06 ecu. if you've got a y8, p28

If you have a Y7 you also need a 2 wire IAC or a Crome script to eliminate it.
