Default VAFCII cutting-off at 5500RPM

Hey guys, I installed my VAFCII on my ZC SOCH Vtec Supercharged engine.... it all works great, but sometimes when I accelerate, for no reason instead of cutting-off at 7200RPM like it usually does, it cutts at 5500 on each gears.... is there a setting that I have to change? i've looked into the instructions but saw nothing about it.... I set my VTEC engagement at 4900RPM instead of the 5500 that it used to be, is it related to that?

anyways, if anyone has ever had that problem... can you tell me how to solve it? for now , i just turn it off and on and it restarts and works good until the next time it feels like bugging

thanks

a friend told me it is because my VAFC is reading some boost pressure and it makes it somekind of freeze... is it true? how can I fix that?

the vafc wouldn't care if your car hit boost. your ecu would, but it would throw a check engine light. got any of those flashing?

describe this "cutting out".

what kind of fuel management do you have for your supercharger?

check your wiring again.

check your fuel settings near the crossover point. sounds to me like you forgot to adjust the hi cam fuel map. check both of the fuel maps. i bet you forgot to subtract fuel on the hi cam side. its probably dumping WAY to much fuel, which would cause your ---- to act like it was hitting redline.
