Default vafc operation

OK. i looked around at the settings that are posted for the afc. i have a vafc in my car. i have not tuned it however. i looked over the manual an was having some trouble. i went to the problem of putting a vafc in my car and have yet to use it (except i have a nonvtec ecu and a z6, that is the main reason i bought the vafc) so my vtec would work.

I was wondering if someone could help with the explaination of the options of the vafc. ie the TH point...
i know it will let you lean/enrich you fuel, but i am not sure exactly how to tune this. if anyone can help with this that would be great. or if there is a post that i have missed sorry for reposting the same question as someone else. thanks
