Default Uploading/emulating maps with crome

This is the first time I've been able to get my laptop in the car with the new chipped ECU. I have a working bin file and I'm using crome. I don't know why, but I figured actually uploading the map would be really easy, but it's proving to be a problem for me. I'm using an Ostrich + Xenocron chipped ECU. How exactly do I upload the bin?

Unfortunately, since Crome is free, there isn't too much support for it :P Thanks... sorry for the noob question.
