Its a board that allows you to 'tune on the fly' using the Serial connection to the ECU. So instead of buying a $175 eprom emulator (ostrich or romulator) and having to have 2 ports (1 to datalog, 1 to run the emulator) you can you one serial port to tune and datalog with on the fly.
Working pretty well for a lot of people using Crome I hear. As soon as I get up and running I will be giving this a go.
I can sell you the kit if you read up on it and think its something you want to attempt.

how much are the kits running?
Not sure if I want to do this yet since I've got my car AFR tuned with Uberdata and dont have the time or energy at the moment to mess with another program.
But I will definately keep it in mind though...
