simply go searching around www.pgmfi.org and find a h23 map on there. then you should be able to import the values into uberdata.
Feel free to PM me after you find the h23 map on pgmfi and ill help you import it
Edit: i hate pgmfi.org to find ---- so i hooked you up. http://www.pgmfi.org/phorum/download.php/10,275/p14.bin
Edit #2: I kind of feared this, but uberdata cant open the p14.bin(h23) because it doesnt have support for it. I have a H22 bin for a p28 on my computer....I know that has vtec but other than that i dont know if the fuel and timing values vary that much....im going to play with the import a lil bit more for ya but i have a feeling in my gut its not going to import this paticular file. if you search long and hard you MIGHT be able to find a p14 rom that is scripted like a p06 or p75...
GimpyCivic might have one

It saves.. just doesn't show up when you try to open it because you didn't put the .bin extension, and the Open Dialog lists files with the .bin extension.
...Type "*.*" and click open, your non-extension bin files will be there.
