Crappy pics, the electrode isn't black, but the base of the plug is. Doesn't look too bad i'll get some new plugs tommorow I think just to be safe.

Well, i'm going to put an exhaust on this thing soon. As soon as I can find a shop in PA with a pipe bender, harder than it sounds. Put an 02 sensor on it, regap my plugs at the least, try some more bins out. Was just hoping it was going to idle tommorow morning at 6 when I get up to work and it's 0 degrees out. Guess not

I hate to say it...but you really cant do this troubleshooting without a wideband man.

Everything you desribe sounds like tuning issues.

Instead of throwing a bunch of different BINs in..carefully select the idle area...make like 5 BINs from a starting 'control' bin

#1 - 20% leaner
#2 - 15% leaner
#3 - 5% leaner
#4 - 5% richer
#5 - 15% richer

try every one and see what feels the best...and then zero in from there...you can safely play with idle areas and not screw anything up

it may vary depending on how much vacuum you are pulling. use ECUControl to be certain

Usually the first 3 columns up to 1000rpm. Take out 1% at a time till you idle without puking fuel.
