I was just talkin to somebody that chips ECUs and told me the P@9 ECU is from a Civic EX Auto non vtec. I have a PR3 ECU right now, running my B16. Why cant I use that to do turboEdit? Or can I? Its gonna be such a hassle to buy another ECU and have it socketed...

you need to do some research, all the info you need is right in front of you, but to help you on your way. The reason you need a PS9 is so you can use the auto lock up solenoid output from the ECU to run the 1 wire vtec, yes they are hard to find, no you cant use your pr3 because of differences in the ECU code i think and socketing it is a piece of ****

you could get a PR4 ECU and chip that! but be carefull, not all are chippable.
If i were you i would find that PS9 ECU and call it a day.
look around on the recycler or on ebay like mentioned. try a junkyard or an auto dismantler...good l uck!
