Default Tuning solution? Confused.

Hey all, I am going with a mild setup on a 13t only looking for near 200hp. I don't want to spend 500 dollars on a single tune for such a mild hp goal though I know I should. I wanted to opt for a tuning setup that would allow me to tune my own vehicle so I can grow and tweak the tune while I build the motor up further and reach higher horsepower goals. Ive come across this and was wondering if anyone has had any experience using it as the price seems veryy reasonable. I was also wondering if I could use crome or another type program with this setup as it is relatively reputable and I have no idea how the included software will compare. I was going to chip my ecu with xenocrons chipping kit so all I would have to do is plug into a laptop, and adjust the trims accordingly correct\? Sorry for all the questions, this tuning thing is very new to me. Here is the product in question....http://www.zeitronix.com/Products/zt2/zt2.htm

hm hold on. I see that the jaw is only a reader persay. So in order to change the tune i will still need to chip the ecu. I would like to change the ecu information right there in the laptop and transfer it to the ecu via cable. So i would actually need a logger, as well as an emulator?

So it would probably be easier to go the moates ostrich route with the hulog for data since all the jaw does is data log, correct?

your getting confused.

crome edits your .bin file. then you load the .bin to the ostrich and your car reads from the ostrich to run. when its running, you use the JAW to read the exhaust for mixture and the hulog, logs all of the engine info so you can review it and change your .bin file.

hopefully that clears things up.
