Default low boost need ecu solution

Ill start off by saying I dont know much about chipping ecu's. I dont have the means to burn chips. And I m not confident in my skills to socket my ecu.

My car is a 95 cx hatch. po5 ecu. Can it be chipped?

I am only running 5-8 psi does anyone have an ecu that is already set up for something like my setup.

Who can I contact to get a chip burned and the ecu set up?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure all obd1 usdm ecu's can be chipped with an external eprom. Where are you located?

Buy a soldering and desoldering iron, look on pgmfi.org to see what you need to chip and then if you dont want to buy a burner have someone who has one burn you a boost chip.
