Just wondering what was up with that bin weather it had the speed limiter or not. When I open the options, I can adjust rev limit etc, but not the speed limiter. So I am assuming this is not a jdm pr3 bin and there is no speed limiter and only a rev limiter? Correct me if I'm wrong please

 

This is a stock PR3 ROM, which mean speed limiter is in place. The only ones I know of that it is removed is the Skunk2 and Mugen bins.
