What kind of spark plugs should i run on a turboed d16z6 pushing 10psi.Also at what gap

One or even two step colder plugs would be a good idea to help reduce the chances of detonation. But, I am running a set of oem replacement plugs that i re-gapped to .30 and have no problems with detonation at all.
