before you buiy a new wideband, you should prolly confirm that it will work with your datalogging software

Had my LM-1 for about 2 years now and I very happy with it very accurate didnt give me any problems. I like the datalogging feature.

wow good stuff man, thanks for that website.

Just to clarify something, since this does have a 0 ~ 5V, linear analog output, i can use this device as my only o2 sensor? Basically just tapping in to the wires from the stock o2 plug?

great info in this thread.

yes, but you will have to mod your ecu to accept the 5volt input

well i have the lm1 and its a nice product, however......

if i had to do it agian id get something smaller like a plx or zeitronix. their not as bulky and easier to deal with when your doing some *** dynoing

guys what do you think about this ngk wideband? i think it does not have datalogging option so thats a minus.
at the end of this summer ill order my obd1 ecu + ostrisch + obd2-obd1 converter harness + datalogging cable and an lc-1 wideband (to be able to datalog my a/f ratios)
it would be great if this ngk wb had datalogging.. i also like a display to see my a/f all the time and lc-1 doesnt have it and the ngk doesnt have datalog
im unsure which one to choose

i just got my ngk wideband last week, 250 shipped.

pros
1. small
2. big bright display
3. 0-5v output for your datalogging program
4.cheap
5. comes with 02bung and plug
6. 13 ft, harness from monitor to o2 sensor and 10 ft for power connections.

cons
1. ------- connectors large and i had to make a hole a little larger just to fit the connector through the firewall.
2. no 0-1 volt o2 simulation. some people care about this, i dont.

the range for the air/fuel ratio is 9 through 16 to 1.

overall im very happy with this item
