This is the same treatment widebody93 has gotten in every thread he participates in since he joined here. There is nothing unusual going on here, he is not being taken to task for his opinion, etc. He's a douche, and anybody bombing in from another forum who isn't familiar with him or the situation with his mental problems shouldn't confuse the fact we ------- hate him with anything to do with Hondata vs Dave B.

Any commentary by this forum's membership concerning widebody93's need to drink Draino should not be confused with the matter at hand. They are completely seperate subjects.

I am glad you have gotten a lot of support...
Questions that I as a business law major have for you:
Does Hondata have any copyrights on the code?
The Kpro downloader can only be used in conjunction with Hondata proprietary hardware (kpro) correct therefore not costing them any loss?
Do you have a waiver on your site similar to Hondata's?
As I posted on pgmfi, your lawyer can file for summary judgment on so many grounds its insane. this case really has little bearing, since in reality, hondata is infringing on honda's intellectual property and making a BIG profit doing it..

And what the ---- is Hondata thinking!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!? Alienating so many of its potential customers..

Sorry JD, but I agree with Widebodys post on Hondata.

Dave, unlike some of us doesn't live his life on the intrawebs, esp. when exams are being taken to finish his degree.

Doug needs to understand this. If Dave tried to contact a mod. to kill the post (did or didn't he?) what difference does it make? The post was removed.

I talked with a fellow puter geek/car nerd that is a friend of mine and Joe'e, who helped get Dave to learn to wrench.

His thoughts were that Doug has commited corprate suicide.

more reasons for summary judgement:
Hondata can not prove that DOES 1-50 are in California, thereby California courts have no jurisdiction since no torts or damages can be proven to have been done in California

Agreeing with him on a subject is not now, nor ever will be, a matter for discussion.

Whether or not you help us encourage him to commit suicide - or failling that, douse his computer with gasoline and light it on fire - is a matter for discussion. Are you with us, Chuck?

But does that hold water in an internet based claim?
