Default Running way too rich

Hey guys I just got my setup done it is a 92 si with a chipped p28 14b 450cc, I loaded a basemap from Xenocron's website and when I turned on the car it sounded like a V8 and would barely run. It eventually stalled after a couple minutes and the spark plugs were saturated in gas. I dont have a wideband and was wondering if anyone has insight as to how I can get my car to at least idle.
This is what the basemap was called at www.-------------/bins

correct me if I am wrong but i always thought that in the fuel map for crome you were supposed to have more fuel for the high cam and less for the low cam. Can someone look at the basemap that i posted and see if everything looks ok

Are you serious? I'm running that same basemap and I have no problems. At idle I'm about 14:1afr which isn't terrible. In boost I'm sub 11:1 all the time. Runs fine, kinda has a rough idle but it runs at 14:1. 10lbs all day "nigg." With that basemap you shouldn't be running that shitty rich.
