I'm not sure if his tune is good or not, but I'm sure it could be cleaned up by messing with the timing and getting it all squared out on the dyno.
In all honesty, that doesn't look like a good tune. The torque curve shouldn't be so wavey like that.

i think what xeno meant was that engine is making quite a bit of power in "stock" form. I'm pretty sure a stock ls sits around 120hp, maybe a lil less
