Problems with Willem burner
I just received my Willem burner from xenocron and can't seem to get it to work right. I can download a .bin from the chipped that came with my chipped ecu with a basemap from projekteg, but the .bin 64 kb and all of my other uberdata bins are 32 kb. I can't open the bin in either uberdata or crome. I can't even erase the chip or reprogram it. All I can do is read the bin that's on it, and I'm not sure if that's even working right. I have all the cables hooked up fine and the hardware checks out ok and all the lights are on, the jumper setting is correct. What am I doing wrong?

bottom right corner of the software theres three text fields, one says offset, that has to be set to 8000 to burn willem chips. also you have to erase them every time, not like 29c's where you can just overwrite. theres a jumper w27 or something that has to be set (yellow ones by the zif, and the print on the board tells you where to put it) to erase, then taken off to burn.

Re: Problems with Willem burner
your dip switches set right?
i noticed an odd function with the willem on my laptop
for whatever reason it shows the dip switches rotated 180 degrees, so its all backwards and upside down.
should be as follows
2 down, 1 up, 1 down, 1 up, 1 down, 3 up, 3 down

And if I try to program the chip after I erase it I get a "Error at 0x000000 Chip=0xFF buffer=0x7E"?
