ok so to fix the problem should he just remove that check valve wire or buy at 3 bar map sensor?

yea ditch the check valves, and check your map wiring from the ecu to the afc, you prolly have the in and out switched, or you spliced the wrong pin out wire your welcome

Also make sure you have the sensor in/out set to 6/6 for a stock honda map sensor. A higher number for these settings is for a higher reading map sensor, so if they're not set to 6in/6out you will throw that code.
