Default Post your AFC/SMC Settings here!

Ok, lots of guys just love asking this question, so lets get a thread going of people who have AFC controllers, w/ (whatever injectors)

Just post your basic setup, and each percentage, at each rpm incriment.

Also post your SMC + Controller settings!

Idle a bit messed up, having to bog it with fuel, omahaturbocivic?

I've run, in the past:

1K: -25% to -27% (idle problem)
2K: -38%
3K: -37%
4K-5K: -36%
6K-8K: -35%

89 CRX
94 B18B (I use OBD0 ECU)
Saab .42 trim/.48AR turbo
non-IC

I got a little creative and set my TPS switching points so that fuel was a little leaner under part throttle. As you get familiar with your setup, you can figure out how to do that on your own, I don't think there are any general rule of thumb settings for that.

I've fiddled my idle pulsewidth and fuel maps a bit, my current settings, which won't work for you unless you have an LS and the .bin running my ECU, are:

1K: -40%
2K: -38%
3K: -39%
4K-6K: -39%
7-8K -38%

Basically, I fixed my idle injector pulsewidth to like the 450cc injectors, and put a little fuel in the boost/upper rpm maps. I could get it -40% across and running perfectly, but, ah, I'm a lazy bitch?

I found I get the most consistent idle at -25%. At -40% or really anywhere else it idles the exact same but about every 30 sec or so it would stumble in rpms a for a sec then idle fine for another 30 sec. I posted the problem on honda tech and it turns out a lot of people run -25% on idle. It does not idle that rich I believe because if you move the idle around while the engine is running it will run diff for about one second then the ecu corrects and it idles the same.

o.k. I don't know if any of you guys have seen this on this site where the guy tells you how to tune a V-AFC and using a MSD BTM and he's running 10psi and no check valve's. Are his setting the same with a AFC as a V-AFC and all you have to do is not set the high and low cam's. or is it different fuel settings for a DOHC Vtec motor then a non-Vtec motor. Here's the site and the article is under the tech. section I think.
