This has probably been asked before but, does the black plastic tip on DSM 450's affect anything if it is broken off. There is a cheap set I want to pick up but one of them is missing this piece. Thanks

 

if the piece is completely off then its ok.. u just dont want a loose piece in there to fall into the chambers. that plastic neck thingy is just a cover, look inside and u'll see a metal tip, thats the fuel nozzle.
