Default 450cc missing/broken plastic tip

I was wonder if it matters if the plastic tip is missing? Would it be still fine if i run it?

Yes. As long as the sprayer nozzle is intact and functions.

ive run dsm's with no cap- not a big deal they still function fine w/o it
