The only 3 wire IAC issue is with the D16Y7 96-00 and Auto D16Y8's. In case you care. Everything else is 2 wire and the IAC is mounted on the intake and not the throttle body.

Not my '98 OBD2 CL 2.3

Its got a 3-wire IACV
