Default p28 ecu

what to do in order to make a sohc vtec 28 ecu, operate a b16 properly? all this time I was thinking all that needed to be done was raising the rev limit, thats what I was told by jdmhondaparts.com

You need B16 VTEC (P30) maps.

my ecu is chipped, now I'm prepping to run uberdata, so I'm assuming that the stock gsr bin would fix that, I'm I tracking, or do I have to select the p30, when setting the map?

Well.. GSR bin would run you rich, 1.8l, not a 1.6l. I guess you could multiply it out if you wanted.

ok thanks! I'm still researching glad I'm somewhat tracking. I built a diy wideband, just need a monitor, and the o2 sensor to go with it, are those those safe to use for tuning?
