Default Help with OBD0 daughterboards

Has anybody used these? I received them, but the seller didn't include usage instructions and I can't get a hold of him. I bought the kind that can hold 4 different programs, and I don't know how to burn the 4 separate programs onto the same chip. I also don't know how to switch between programs using the dip switches.
