why is it that obdII ecu's are so hard to find electronics for?

They are a pain in the *** to reprogram and when you get one that is done it costs more than buying a new one.

just get a SMC i am not sure many ppl are running them yet but they are cheap in comparison to AFC and stand alone.

some friend you are!!!! just kidding... none of my friends have an aem ems nor could afford one nor would care to have one. They think I am weird because of how much ---- i have already done to my car and i haven't even touched the motor yet in exception to a c/a/i and a cam gear and crank pulley. It's been all suspension.
