Why would you want to convert to OBD2-B? As of now your best bet is to convert to OBD1. You will need a conversion harness and a chipped OBD1 ECU. The conversion harness will cost about $40 and you can find chipped ECU's for about $150. I am also from madison and i have several chipped ECU's that i can sell you cheaper than youll find anywhere else. PM me if you want one.
